Dr. Brigette Reynolds-Hinds

Dr. Brigette Hinds holds the Doctorate in Public Health Education (DrPH) from the Loma Linda University School of Public Health. She holds a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Educational Administration and Leadership and a Specialist in Education degree (EdS) in Educational Administration from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.


Dr. Hinds launched the Charlotte Education Services Consortium (CESC) in 2013 to provide consultancy services on global social issues. Following collaboration with policymakers from government bodies and specialists from academia, she continues to raise awareness about the realities faced by persons with disabilities. In collaboration with Andrews University, Loma Linda University, and Link2Learn International Education Services, LLC, she has developed a professional diploma in special education based on needs assessments conducted in the Caribbean.
