Dr. Josephine Claxton-Richardson is an educator, researcher, and disability advocate with extensive experience across education, social care, and leadership. Her work focuses on autism, disability inclusion, and culturally responsive practice within Caribbean and African-diaspora communities.
She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and brings an evidence-informed, systems-focused perspective to public education, media engagement, and community dialogue.
